The Residential Life Student Staff positions are of great importance for the our office as they are the face and voice of the department. As such, all Residential Life Staff members must be committed to the mission of the office, which is to foster and inspire strong, inclusive communities; encourage and support students in their academic, social, and personal growth; help students develop skills to succeed in a diverse, global society; and promote the appreciation of diversity.
If you are interested in joining our team, please look for emails from our office with instructions for applying, and this website. Students studying abroad in the spring semester, and therefore unable to participate in the general process, will receive a targeted invitation to apply during a mini November process. Please see the general process timeline below:
We are not accepting applications at this time. If needed, a small application process will occur in November for any Spring openings.
Spring Timeline for 2024-2025:
- Late January-early February: Application Open
- Application and Refernce Due at 5pm on February 10
- Mid-Late February: Applicant Interviews
- Selected Candidates will receive an invitation to select an interview time.
- Mid-March: Offer Letters Sent
Application process:
To apply, fill out the REAL Student Staff Application. You will also need a letter of recommendation from a current Residential Life Student Staff Member.
