57 named to NESCAC Fall All-Academic team

A COSIDA Academic All-American, an All-New England Region First Team soccer goalie and 14 members of the women’s cross country team are among the 57 Connecticut College scholar-athletes to be named to the 2019 NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team. 

To be honored, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing, and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 or equivalent on a 4.0 scale. Transfers must have completed one year of study at an institution. 

Of the 57 scholar-athletes honored, 17 were recognized for the third time in their careers, while eight were recognized for the second time. Five of the recognized scholar-athletes—Augie Djerdjaj ’22, Liam Donelan ’21, Rachel House ’22, AJ Marcucci ’21 and Kat Norton ’21—were also named to the All-NESCAC teams in their respective sports, while five more—Megan Feragne ’20, Dayna McCue ’20, Courtney Peyko ’20, Luke Stoneback ’22 and Zoë Stublarec ’20—were named to the NESCAC All-Sportsmanship team.
