The F.R.E.E Center has a dedicated student staff that help assist with programming and community building efforts. Within the F.R.E.E Center, there are five student staff members: one program coordinator who serves as a peer supervisor and team leader, and four student ambassadors. Each student ambassador has a specialty, with paired teams focusing on signature programs or communications and marketing.

Each spring, the F.R.E.E Center and all other offices within the Division of Institutional Equity and Inclusion conduct a hiring process for the upcoming academic year. If you are interested in applying to work within the F.R.E.E Center, LGBTQIA Center, or for either Race and Ethnicity Programs or Religious and Spiritual Programs, keep an eye out for more information on the application process in on campus announcements and the Center newsletters early in the Spring semester.
