The staff of the Goodwin-Niering Center comprises knowledgeable and enthusiastic professors and employees of Connecticut College.
The Fellows of the Goodwin-Niering Center are experts in their respective fields.
We are also lucky to be able to work with others around campus who engage with environmental issues, including our distinctive Botany Department, a thriving interdisciplinary program in Environmental Studies, the Office of Sustainability, the Sprout garden, and the Connecticut College Arboretum. Our Linda Lear Center for Special Collections and Archives, in Shain Library, is also home to the Lear-Carson Collection, an important resource for scholars of Rachel Carson.
