Tours and Group Information Sessions

Student-led tours of campus give a personal view of life at Connecticut College.

To plan your visit, please start by viewing our admission calendar.

There's no need to make a reservation for student-led tours or group information sessions. We simply ask that when you arrive on campus, you come first to the Office of Admission to sign in.

The Office of Admission in the Horizon Building is the meeting point for all tours and group information sessions . Find detailed driving directions and a campus map to help you reach us. Please note that parking is limited in the lot adjacent to the Office of Admission. Additional parking is available in South Lot, a short walk from our Horizon Admission building.

Student-led summer tours

Student-led tours depart from the Office of Admission, Monday through Friday. Please check our admission calendar for exact times.

Our student-led tours allow you to experience the College from a student's perspective, including residence hall life, the dining halls, extracurricular opportunities and classes. The complete tour of campus is an hour in length.

Group Information Sessions

Information sessions take place daily Monday through Friday. Please check our admission calendar for exact times. Group information sessions are led by an admission counselor and touch upon the College's academic programming, financial aid philosophy, and shed light on the mysteries of the selective admission process. 

Self-guided tours

If you visit our campus when the Office of Admission is closed, you will find self-guided tour pamphlets and campus maps available outside of our building's front doors.

During the academic year, the Office of Admission is open from 8:30 a.m. through 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. During winter and spring breaks, hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
