Facilities Management provides a wide range of support to the Connecticut College community, including:

  • planning and design
  • renovation and new construction
  • repairs and maintenance
  • building operations, including utilities
  • custodial services
  • roads and grounds maintenance
  • vehicle fleet management
  • administration of the faculty/staff housing program

We provide professional services, safely maintaining and operating our high-quality facilities while remaining sensitive to the historic character of our campus.

We take full advantage of technological developments and innovations and demonstrate leadership in environmental compliance and modeling, thereby enabling the College community to enjoy the facilities in pursuit of academic endeavors.
