The Office of Environmental Health & Safety is committed to promoting safety awareness and safe work practices in Connecticut College’s laboratories for its faculty, staff, students and visitors.
Laboratory safety depends on everyone's participation and cooperation and their commitment to do their job in a way that is safe for himself and his coworkers.
The primary goal of each individual should be to minimize the risk of injury or illness to you and your co-workers by ensuring that you and they have the training, information, support and equipment needed to work safely in the laboratory.
