NEW LONDON, Conn. - Hot off its third Grammy nomination, the sizzling, dance-inducing Cuban music group Tiempo Libre will perform Saturday, Oct. 16, at 8 p.m. in Connecticut College's Palmer Auditorium. Tiempo Libre's show is a dynamic, passionate performance of the Cuban salsa music called timba - an exciting and engaging combination of Latin jazz and traditional Cuban son.
