Connecticut College dancers to perform ´Swan Lake´ in fall concert Dec. 11 and 12
12/1/2009NEW LONDON, Conn. - More than 40 Connecticut College dancers will perform choreographed works by dance professors Shani Collins, David Dorfman, Heidi Henderson and Adele Myers in the Dance Department´s Fall Concert Dec. 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. in Palmer Auditorium. The evening´s program will also include a modernized version of "Swan Lake" by distinguished guest artist Robyne Watkin, a piece by guest artist Monica Bill Barnes and student-choreographed works by Lily Ockwell ´10 and Liz Young ´10. The students´ pieces will also be performed at the 2010 American College Dance Festival Association´s New England Region Conference at Boston University Feb. 10 - 14.
