Chinese Floral Painting

The approach of spring and warmer weather is starting to bring forth flowers. To celebrate this, we are presenting a selection of Chinese floral watercolors from the Chu-Griffis Collection fo Asian Art. This exhibit presents a range of artists from the late 19th century to the modern day and features the work of Charles Chu and Wang Chi-Yuan. The focus of the exhibit is on the literati style, with several renderings of traditional subjects like lotus and bamboo.
