IT Service Desk



The IS department offers IT services to support the technology needs of the Connecticut College community. The IT Service Desk provides hardware and software support for these services. The IT Service Desk log provides a list of its services along with expected wait times for each service. Before you contact the IT Service Desk or visit us at the walk in center, please review this list so you know what you are required to bring with you as well as understand expected wait time for resolution.

In person - You must answer your security question or show a photo ID

Phone - Answer your security question

(Manager’s discretion if neither security question nor ID is available)
