Temporary Office Assistant

CONNECTICUT COLLEGE, a highly selective private liberal arts college, located in the historic seaport of New London, seeks a highly motivated Office Assistant to work in the College’s busy Alumni Relations Department. This position will run through June 2nd. S/he will assist with data-entry, mailings and processing of donor and receipt information; provide administrative support for campus events and annual Reunion program; answer phones; oversee the Reunion housing program; run reports; update Reunion Website as needed to insure information is accurately reflected and the integrity of the online program is being met; other duties as assigned or necessary.
High School Diploma with 1-2 years of office experience working with MSWord and Excel required. Strong written and verbal communication skills and must have the ability to interact well with a variety of people from all aspects of the College and community.
