Analytical chemistry techniques
Organic chemistry Maureen Ronau has developed a analytical chemistry lab course which blends a wide array of classical techniques with modern instrumental analysis. She is working to develop an in-house lab manual for the course.
Maureen worked with Dr. Timo Ovaska to develop a mini-scale approach to the organic chemistry laboratory. She assisted in developing an in-house lab manual for this course.
Maureen enjoys being a faculty adviser for incoming freshmen at Connecticut College. She has participated in the Hewlett Teaching Seminars for two years and currently assists in the Hughes Program in the summer.
