| Barbara Winters Senior Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty and Office Manager Fanning Hall Room 203 Barbara provides assistance to the dean on faculty personnel issues such as hiring, promotion and tenure, rea-ppointments, sabbaticals, salary and staffing plan. She coordinates special events for the office and is staff support for the dean to the Board of Trustees. Contact Barbara for an appointment with the Dean of the Faculty. |

| Tapiwanashe Nhundu Secretary to the Faculty Fanning Hall Room 203 The secretary to the faculty is the staff support and archivist for faculty committees and special officer to the faculty. This involves supporting FSCC by setting meeting dates, preparing agendas, minutes, etc. The secretary maintains IFF, catalog and curricular changes, tracks faculty elections and committees and maintains the email lists for the server. |

Amanda Barnes Assistant to the Associate Dean of the Faculty Fanning Hall Room 203 Amanda is the person to contact to schedule appointments with the associate dean of the faculty. She works with the associate dean on all aspects of visiting faculty appointments, coordination of faculty offices, faculty housing assignments, and department visiting committees. Amanda provides all administrative support for the associate dean as well as general correspondence, assistance with special projects and other office support. |

| Mary Ellen Deschenes Administrative Assistant, Accounts Payable Fanning Hall Room 203 Contact the budget specialist for issues concerning R. F. Johnson Faculty Development and Hodgkin Jr. Faculty Development Funds and Endowed Chair funds. The budget assistant provides assistance with budgets for search, relocation expenses, visiting committees and special projects. |

| Judy Kirmmse Affirmative Action Officer Fanning Hall 113 Judy's work with the dean's office focuses on faculty searches and new faculty orientation. She also handles policies, training, and complaints relating to harassment and discrimination. |

| John Nugent Senior Research Analyst and Special Assistant to the President Fanning Hall 200 As the College's institutional researcher, John designs surveys, studies, and focus groups that undergird policy analysis and institutional decision-making. John maintains the major institutional data sets reported to external agencies, completes or coordinates major institutional surveys, and supports the College's enrollment and planning efforts. |
